- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
- Licensing documents
- Proof of residence
- Income information (state only)
- Completed registration packet
- Must complete pre-enrollment (new DJUSD students)
- Complete online re-enrollment (returning students)
Additional Requirements
- Child must be between 2-T/K age
We Are Currently Closed for Summer Enrollment
Our office is currently closed for the summer.
You may drop off enrollment documents at the Davis Joint Unified School District Office, located at 526 B Street, Davis, CA. You may also email your enrollment information to us at [email protected].
Please note that, because our office is closed for the summer, you may not receive a response until August. All enrollment documents will be reviewed when staff return, and we will contact you as soon as possible after reopening.
