Beginning April 25th, if you are interested in registering your child with DJUSD Children's Center for the 2023-2024 school year please download and print this
registration packet (print single sided) or stop by our office at 3100 Loyola Dr. st to pick up a packet. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email

[email protected]. Once the packet is complete please drop off the packet at our office or you can scan and email it as well.
***If you print this early and want to enroll for CSPP (state preschool) do not turn it in or date before 4/25/23.
*if you are interested in fee based preschool only you can print and turn in the packet.
For families interested in enrollment in both state preschool and extended day/fee based preschool, please complete the full packet.
For families interested in fee based program only, please complete the portion of the registration packet pertaining to fee based. (The portion that states "state only" you can disregard.)
