To Enroll your child in DJUSD Children's Center state or fee based preschool you will need the following documents along with the enrollment. (print single sided)
Enrollment for next school year begins End of April and Beginning of May!
State eligibility and tuition based program information, English and Spanish.
- Birth Certificate
- Immunizations
- Licensing documents
- Proof of residence
- Income information (state only)
- Completed registration packet
- Must complete pre-enrollment (new DJUSD students)
- Complete online re-enrollment (returning students)
Additional Requirements
- Child must be between 3-5
- Child must be potty trained
